Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped with evening plans. I'll return again this Christmas!

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
While the hotel dazzles with its historical charm and really good team, note that room sizes may be a bit snug, and hot water isn't always reliable. Although centrally located near main attractions, the noise can be a nuisance. Don't forget to ask for extra toiletries if you need them!

My guest room was spotlessly clean with balcony. The room was protected with safe. The staff was accommodating, they blew my mind. The location was particularly good and fantastic - ease of access to a vibrant and elegant square. The airport was 20 km away...

Hotel City is within walking distance of all the major shopping areas and places of interest in Rome. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and the hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was included in the rate paid. However, the selection of foods for breakfast was poor.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff was welcoming and helpful, particularly with dining recommendations and organizing my plans. The room was much smaller than I anticipated based on photos, and I would have appreciated more space to move around. This cozy atmosphere in a charming historic building made for a nice stay despite some limitations.

Great central location, room small but functional, quiet street. Breakfast not great, coffee awful, staff guardedly friendly. Not at all bad for a three start hotel right by the Spanish Steps

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Nothing fancy, but clean and the staff is very friendly. About a five minute walk from the Spagna metro station (with luggage, no problem) The bed is Very Firm - so maybe not the place to stay for romance - but if you are going to be seeing the city and the room is just a place to crash for the night - it is perfect. (If you only speak English/Inglese there is no television channels for you - except maybe the 24 hour poker channel. The included breakfast is nothing to write home about - but the coffee latte was good. Ciao
The bed is very firm. Not used to that. There was a baby in the next room, crying. Such is life.

The location was fantastic, a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lovely receptionist who made check-in a breeze. The bathroom could use a bit more space. It was a bit cramped. A pleasant experience worth considering!

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the charming old-fashioned decor. The peaceful courtyard and comfy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring, although the first room we got was pretty small and dark. Definitely try for a room with a view for a brighter experience 😊

The hotel is situated at the second floor with an antique lift. The locatiin of these hotel is excellent. Its very near to spagna or barberinni metro and also near to spanish step and trevi fountain. Vatican city is just 15mins by metro from the hotel. Its excellent for those who like shopping or to see the city. During our stay there the hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend you to stay here. Look for Carlos, he is very helpful.
The only disadvantage I can think about is the breakfast. Its an average breakfast. The hotel can really do with a change in menu or else everyday we were served the same thing as there is not much choices in breakfast.

It was a fantastic location. We really enjoyed having the duplex style room so our daughters had their own space, the decor was modern. The lady in the breakfast room was so sweet and remembered what we liked to drink. The taxi service was excellent to the airport.
The bathroom was a little small for 4 people and fruit would have been nice with the breakfast choices.
